Bench camera

The camera on the bench, recorded each time the bench plays a run back: the gear doing the work, newest first. The newest plays as the page opens; pick any other from the list. Each recording is named by the run it watched and says why it stopped.

Reading GET /api/v1/videos/camera. The newest plays when the page opens, with the sound off until you turn it on.
